To sign up for a B2B account, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Industry Requirement: You must be an active business operating in the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Chamber of Commerce Number: Your business needs to have a valid Chamber of Commerce number to verify your status as a legitimate entity.
- VAT Number: If you are located within the EU, you must provide a valid VAT number.
If your business fulfills these requirements, you are eligible to apply for a B2B account.
You can return unused products within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition with the transparent plastic cellophane still intact by filling in the return form on our return policy page.
