We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Regions
We offer free shipping within the European Union for private consumers (B2C customers). No shipping charges will apply at checkout for orders placed by individual consumers residing in EU member states.
However, business customers (B2B) are subject to shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order volume.
We currently do not charge handling fees for any orders.
At this time, international shipping outside the European Union is not available.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery within the EU is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Make sure to include the original packing slip inside the box. If you lost your packing slip, please add the order number inside the box. If you do not do this, we are not able to process your return.
Refunds
After receiving your item’s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item’s for your return to be processed.
